1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the jl555 platform, including the website at jl555.onl, the jl555 mobile application, and all products and services made available through them. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or playing any game on jl555, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not register an account or use the jl555 platform. Continued use of the platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

2Eligibility

To register and use jl555 you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You do not already hold an active or previously closed account on jl555.
• You are using jl555 for personal entertainment purposes only and not for any commercial or professional gaming purpose on behalf of another entity.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director or close family member of any employee of jl555 or any of its affiliated suppliers.

jl555 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age or identity at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3Account Registration

To access real-money games, sports betting and promotions on jl555 you must register an account. During registration you will be required to provide accurate and truthful information including your full name, date of birth, email address and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information current.

One account per person. Each individual is permitted a single jl555 account. You may not open a second account under any circumstances — including different email addresses, names, devices or payment methods. If we detect multiple accounts linked to the same individual, all accounts except the first registered may be closed and any bonus funds or winnings derived from unauthorised accounts may be cancelled.

Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. jl555 will never contact you to ask for your password via email, live chat or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact customer support immediately so that your account can be secured.

Account verification. jl555 may require you to verify your identity before processing a withdrawal or at any other point we consider necessary. Verification typically involves submitting a copy of a valid national identity document and a recent utility bill or bank statement. This process protects all players on the platform.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on jl555 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers, debit cards and mobile wallets. jl555 does not apply a currency conversion fee on any PKR transaction.

Deposits. Deposits are credited to your jl555 balance once the payment has been confirmed by the payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically clear within two minutes under normal conditions. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals. To request a withdrawal, navigate to the withdrawal section of your account dashboard, select your preferred method, enter the amount in PKR and confirm. Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit into your account. jl555 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

Withdrawal timelines. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours during normal business hours. Bank transfers may take one to three business days. Processing times may be longer if your account is undergoing verification or if additional checks are required.

• Withdrawal requests submitted while a bonus is active may be subject to bonus wagering requirements — check your active bonus terms before withdrawing.
• jl555 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to withdrawal requests above certain PKR thresholds.
• You may only withdraw funds that originated from your own deposit or from legitimate winnings generated on the platform.

5Bonuses & Promotions

jl555 offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, Cricket and PSL betting boosts, reload bonuses and cashback. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published on the Promotions page alongside each offer. The general bonus conditions below apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

Wagering requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from free spins are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus-derived funds remain in your bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn as cash.

Bonus validity period. All bonuses have an expiry date. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated validity period, the bonus and any winnings generated from it will be removed from your account automatically. Validity periods are stated in the individual promotion terms.

• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household and per device.
• jl555 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.
• Bets placed using bonus funds that are subsequently voided or cancelled will not count towards wagering requirements.
• jl555 reserves the right to disqualify players from promotions if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk staking patterns designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play intent.

6Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games, slot games, fish games and live casino titles available on jl555 are supplied by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, NetEnt, Hacksaw Gaming and others. Each game operates according to its own individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-level rules and these Terms, the game rules take precedence for that specific game.

Random Number Generation. All games that use random outcomes are powered by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG certification is maintained by the respective game studios and is subject to independent testing by recognised third-party laboratories. jl555 does not alter or influence game outcomes in any way.

Sports betting. All sports bets, including Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football and Esports markets, are settled according to the official result of the relevant event as confirmed by the relevant governing body. jl555 reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, system faults, or where there is evidence of match manipulation.

Disconnections. In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the game will resume from the point of interruption when you reconnect, where technically possible. jl555 is not liable for losses caused by disconnection events outside of our platform's control, including mobile network interruptions.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on jl555 and may result in immediate account suspension, closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Opening more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account-per-person rule.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any point during registration, verification or account operation.
• Using any software, bot, script, automated tool or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform, place bets or play games in a non-human manner.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, game errors or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping or coordinated play designed to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Using funds obtained through fraudulent payment activity, stolen cards or unauthorised third-party accounts to deposit.
• Attempting to launder funds through the jl555 platform in any manner.
• Sharing, selling or transferring your jl555 account to any other person.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour toward jl555 staff or other players.

8Account Suspension & Closure

Suspension by jl555. jl555 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that the account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if continued operation of the account presents a risk to the platform or to other players.

Closure by the player. You may request the closure of your jl555 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal will be completed and any active bonus will be removed. If you are requesting closure for responsible gaming reasons, please inform our support team so that appropriate self-exclusion measures can be applied.

Following account closure:

• Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your last active withdrawal method, subject to verification checks.
• Bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings that have not met the wagering requirement will not be returned.
• Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened during the self-exclusion period. Requests to reopen a self-excluded account before the exclusion period expires will not be processed.

9Responsible Gaming

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the jl555 platform without prior written permission from jl555. Unauthorised use of jl555's intellectual property may result in account closure and legal action.

11Limitation of Liability

jl555 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, error-free service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, network issues and events beyond our control may occasionally affect platform availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jl555 shall not be liable for:

• Losses caused by system downtime, technical faults or connectivity issues outside jl555's control.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
